THERMOGRAVIMETRIC ANALYSIS (TGA)
A technique which measures the weight loss of a sample as it is heated. With the ability to ramp up to 900°C, this tool is extremely useful for evaluating the solvent or water content (and the temperatures where they are released) as well as the thermal decomposition of samples.
