STAFF EXPERIENCE

QA staffing is generally maintained with a 10 to 1 ratio of scientists to inspectors. While the minimum requirements for a QA staff member includes a Bachelor's degree with a scientific concentration and at least two years of laboratory experience, all current QA staff members possess 10 - 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/CRO industry.
