QUALITY TRAINING

Every QA staff member employed at Prevalere goes through a comprehensive training program involving practical hands-on mentoring for inspection experience, as well as formal training in the Good Laboratory Practice (GLP)/current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) regulations, Prevalere SOPs, and work flow systems. Prevalere’s QA staff also participate directly in client and FDA inspections, in order to heighten their knowledge of industry trends, inspection strategies, and current FDA guidelines.

Additionally, the QA staff attends external formal training classes in GLP/cGMP topics to even further broaden their knowledge base. This external training is coordinated by the Society of Quality Assurance (SQA), the leading quality organization in the pharmaceutical industry, of which QA staff members maintain an active membership.
