SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF BIOSCIENCES
Dr. Jardieu joined the company in 2002. Dr. Jardieu has an M.S. in Biochemistry and a Ph.D. in Microbiology from Michigan State University and has completed Post Doctoral training in Immunology at Johns Hopkins University.
Until April 2002, Paula was Senior Vice President of Development Sciences at Genentech, Inc., where she has held both scientific and management positions. As Research Staff Scientist, she was the Principal Investigator for two new biologics. In Development, she was responsible for the Analytical Sciences, Pharmacokinetics, Toxicology, Clinical Pharmacology and Process Development Divisions. During her tenure in Development, she oversaw 8 IND filings and the non-clinical support for numerous Phase II-IV programs.
Paula is the holder of numerous patents and awards, has co-authored over 60 scientific articles and has extensive experience interfacing with the FDA. She has over 17 years of experience in the biotechnology industry. Dr. Jardieu is a native of Utica, New York
