Prevalere Life Sciences supplies qualified contract analytical staff to work at a client's site for extended periods of time. Prevalere carefully assesses the needs of the client and performs thorough searches for appropriate candidates. Realizing the importance of the fit between employee and client on the basis of skill set and personal traits, Prevalere methodically pre-selects, interviews and conducts reference checks to secure appropriate candidates. On-site, Prevalere will monitor and manage the staff member to assure client satisfaction.

The contractual periods need to be sufficiently long to appeal to appropriate candidates. Generally, Prevalere has found that a contract period of one year or more is most appropriate.
