BARRY P. MCARDLE, M.B.A.
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER & CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Mr. McArdle joined the company in 1983 and currently manages Prevalere's Operations, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Purchasing and Facilities functions. Barry has an M.B.A. from Syracuse University. His particular expertise is in corporate financial management and the development and implementation of information technology systems.

In his positions with the company, Barry has spearheaded several computer software application initiatives which have greatly improved the quality and turnaround time of the report generation process. Mr. McArdle is a native of New York, New York.
