AUTOMATED SAMPLE PREPARATION/ANALYSIS
Prevalere analyzes blood, urine and tissue samples derived from pre-clinical and Phase I-IV clinical trials. The techniques employed include state-of-the-art mass spectrometry (LC/MS/MS, GC/MS and MS/MS), liquid and gas chromatography and ELISA. The technical leaders within the bioanalytical services area each have 15-20 years of relevant mass spectrometry experience.

Samples can be extracted using automated 96-well plate liquid-liquid and solid phase extraction technology (Multiprobe® and Tomtec® systems) or conventional liquid-liquid or solid phase extraction techniques.

Prevalere uses real-time data flow techniques and validated internal software (Bioanalytical Report Generator - BaRG) to process bioanalytical data. This processing provides transcription-less movement of analytical results directly into final report tables that can be prepared in a client's specific format. BaRG can be used to assemble data from validation, pre-clinical and clinical studies.

Using BaRG allows Prevalere to generate QA-audited bioanalytical reports within 15 working days following completion of the last analytical run.
